Miami, FL - A homeless man was arrested for assaulting an elderly woman while in line at a South Florida KFC.
The attack occurred at a Miami-Dade KFC on Tuesday when 38-year-old Roberto Cabrera Bosch allegedly slapped an elderly woman waiting in line, causing her to fall.
Surveillance footage captured the assault at the Kendale Lakes Plaza KFC.
Miami-Dade Fire Rescue treated the woman at the scene, however, her exact age remains unreported.
Police apprehended Cabrera Bosch and charged him with felony battery on a person over 65.
This isn't Cabrera Bosch's first brush with the law.
Court records show a previous aggravated battery charge from September that was dropped by prosecutors.
A judge set Cabrera Bosch's bond at $5,000 during his Thursday court appearance.
